Ryan Crichton is a developer at the Jembi Durban node. He obtained his honours degree in Computer Science and Information Technology cum lade in 2008 from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal. He has been working with OpenMRS since the beginning of 2008 while studying for his degree and is currently working full time for Jembi.

His current focus is on integration of national level aggregate data systems with OpenMRS through the use of SDMX-HD standard, other projects Ryan has developed and contributed to include: Digital Images in OpenMRS, iDart Pharmacy Integration, TRACnet integration (SDMX-HD module), DHIS 2.0 and OpenMRS integration.
